Voice Quality Monitoring Report (VQMR) is a remote monitoring feature for the QoS of voice communication. It is compliant with RFC3611 and RFC6035. VQMR is transported to the Collector with the SIP Publish method.

Session report (Final report)
Report is sent when the session of each call is terminated

Interval report
Report is sent periodically with the specified interval while call is alive. The report is sent when the session of each call is terminated too.

Alert report
Report is sent periodically with the specified interval while call is alive and listening MOSQ or one way delay is over the threshold.
There are 2 types of threshold, Warning and Critical.

Remote packet capture
The BA remote packet capture option for the phone is used to troubleshoot issues and provide wireshark traces if required.

An engineer can analyze the behavior of the phone from a remote site in real time.
Logging data
The user can send application logging data and application operational value to the syslog server with phone menu operation.
